We are a unique herb and spice shop that opened December 2020 stocking food based supplements medicinal herbal tea blends and culinary spices rarely found in Cape Town right here in Strand.

Soulful Herbs and Spices is geared at encouraging the community to use herbs and spices to nourish, nurture and treat the family unit.

Founded by two sisters that are doctors in complementary medicine. We aim to use our knowledge of herbal medicine to enrich the community with both knowledge and understanding on how to heal with herbs coupled with adding flavored spice to you dish.🌱

We founded these different projects to support and uplift the community where needed.
