Tomato Blue Cream Berry

Description

Solanum lycopersicum

Another recent release in “new” tomato colours by renowned Brad Gates. This variety produces prolific (as in bunny-rabbit prolific!) amounts of fruits that sport a stunning creamy-yellow skin with purple/blue-splashed shoulders. They really pop in a salad.

All the blue/indigo tomatoes are a deep blue/indigo/black colour while ripening, then mature to varying shades of red/yellow while keeping the blue shoulders. The flavour changes as the tomatoes ripen. Great in salads.
Germination temperatures between 20 and 28 degrees.
Can be grown indoors or in a sheltered environment year-round if temperatures are kept above 15 degrees.
