Directions:

Adults: Empty 2–4 capsules in 125-250ml of warm milk of your choice, alternatively the same dosage can be swallowed

Children: Empty 1-2 capsules in 125-250ml of warm milk of your choice

If pregnant/nursing, on any CNS stimulants/depressants, epileptic or being treated for
any Nervous System disorder, first consult your Healthcare Practitioner.

Care Instructions:

Store in a cool dry place at 25⁰C or less. Protect from direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate. Keep in the original container until ready for use. Hypersensitivity, such as allergy, might occur, in which case, discontinue use and consult with your Healthcare Practitioner. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Keep out of reach of children
