A proudly, uniquely South African product. This honey is collected from a whole biome. It is usually dark with a very uniquely strong floral taste. The only place in the world where you will find this honey is in the mountains of the most southern tip of South Africa. It is harvested during the winter months.

This honey is never heated to more than 40’C and the bees used in the manufacturing process is not exposed to any form of medication/chemicals.
