Garden Cress Seeds
Description
Cress sometimes referred to as garden cress to distinguish it from similar plants also referred to as cress, is a rather fast-growing, edible herb.
Some potent antioxidants found in garden cress seeds are vitamin A and vitamin E. They are not only able to inhibit the growth of cancerous cells but also reduce the side-effect of chemotherapy. Garden cress seeds are an excellent source of vitamin A and beta-carotene.
